DreamX is looking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s sales system and driving sustainable revenue growth.

This role involves full ownership of lead generation, sales, and partnerships, as well as active participation in shaping the growth strategy together with the CEO.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in Head / Team Lead roles within an IT B2B services business

  • Proven track record of building and scaling business development / sales functions with measurable impact on revenue

  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and partnership models

  • Experience in building a predictable and manageable sales pipeline

  • Ability to work with metrics and take ownership of results

  • Experience managing and developing Sales / BD / SDR teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to independently drive initiatives to completion

  • Confidence in representing the company at public events, conferences, and forums

  • Experience in negotiations and strategic communication with key partners and clients

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and scale an end-to-end client acquisition system: from multi-channel lead generation strategy to closing deals

  • Define ICP, target segments, value propositions, and ensure lead quality

  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline

  • Design and optimize a structured, scalable sales process and manage the sales funnel

  • Lead and develop Sales / SDR / Lead Generation teams, fostering a results-driven culture

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships (agencies, startup studios, funds, accelerators)

  • Build win-win partnership models and turn partnerships into a stable revenue channel

  • Work on positioning and packaging the offer together with the CEO and team

  • Scale the business to international markets through sales and partnerships

  • Contribute to shaping and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy

What we offer:

  • Compensation: $2000–3000 base + bonuses

  • Flexible schedule: start between 09:00–11:00, finish between 18:00–20:00
