DreamX is looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow brand awareness and build a strong, consistent global market presence. This role is for someone who can think strategically while also being comfortable with hands-on execution.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience promoting a B2B service company in global markets (design, IT, startups, marketing, PR)

  • Strong writing skills (English and/or Ukrainian), with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging

  • Understanding of UX/UI, tech, and innovation markets

  • Strategic thinking, structure, accountability, and ability to see the full brand picture

  • Experience with different content formats: media, blogs, LinkedIn, presentations

  • Ability to understand and influence key marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, ROMI)

  • Experience with tools like UTM, GA4, Looker Studio, Clarity, or similar

  • Proactive mindset and initiative

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing activities aligned with company business goals

  • Contribute to brand positioning, tone of voice, and key messaging

  • Create, coordinate, and publish content for website, blog, B2B platforms, and marketing materials (case studies, articles, SEO content, insights)

  • Manage and grow company presence on B2B platforms and industry directories (Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the sales team on offer packaging, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Prepare tasks for contractors (copywriters, designers, developers) and ensure delivery quality

  • Support PR and brand initiatives when needed (publications, rankings, brand visibility)

  • Collect, analyze, and systematize marketing data and campaign results

  • Work with basic marketing analytics tools (GA4, UTM, Looker Studio or equivalents)
