The DreamX team is looking for a Middle Project Manager to lead projects and ensure stable delivery within our IT service company. The role involves full responsibility for planning, coordinating teams (UX/UI, Development, QA), controlling scope, deadlines, risks, and communicating with clients.
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (experience in a service company / agency will be a significant advantage);
Practical experience in managing 1-4 active projects of various complexity simultaneously;
Proficiency in English at a B2-C1 level (regular communication with international clients);
Deep understanding and practical application of Agile approaches: Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid delivery models;
Experience in facilitating key processes: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, Grooming;
Understanding of the end-to-end delivery process (Discovery - Planning - Development - QA - Release - Support);
Practical experience in managing scope, timeline, and resources under conditions of change and uncertainty;
Understanding of change management and risk management processes;
Experience interacting with UX/UI, Development, and QA teams at the delivery coordination level;
Strong communication and management skills: systematic approach, responsibility, proactivity, ability to handle escalations and complex situations;
Maturity in decision-making, result-orientation, and focus on delivery quality.
Managing 1-4 parallel projects across all lifecycle stages;
Forming, maintaining, and optimizing delivery processes within projects (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid);
Planning and controlling project timelines, resources, team workload, and key dependencies;
Facilitating all regular processes: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Demos, release syncs;
Maintaining regular communication with the client: status, progress, risks, and alignment of expectations;
Active scope management: change control, impact assessment, aligning changes with the client and the team;
Proactive identification, analysis, and management of risks with a focus on prevention;
Coordinating the work of UX/UI, Development, and QA teams to ensure stable delivery;
Quality control of results before demos and releases, ensuring compliance with client expectations;
Supporting effective inter-team communication and removing blockers in the delivery process;
Promptly resolving escalations and complex situations with clients;
Onboarding new team members within projects and ensuring their fast integration into processes;
Participating in release planning and ensuring a stable release flow;
Interacting with the Sales team regarding potential upsell / cross-sell opportunities and project scope expansion.
Fixed salary: $1000–$1500;
Flexible schedule: start between 09:00–11:00, end between 18:00–20:00;
