3+ years of experience in UX/UI (preferably outsourcing or product companies)
Strong skills in Figma, plus Photoshop / Illustrator
Experience building design systems from scratch
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design (web, mobile, SaaS, CRM)
Upper-intermediate English (B2+) for client communication
A portfolio with real commercial projects — Behance or PDF
Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes
Communicate directly with clients (sometimes join calls)
Build and maintain design systems
Participate in project estimation and planning
Collaborate closely with other designers and developers
