DreamX is looking for a CFO - a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can turn numbers into business growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's financial vision, supporting the CEO with accurate reporting, and helping the business scale based on data-driven decisions.
Build financial analytics systems: dashboards, P&L by clients and projects
Analyze profitability regularly: clients, projects, teams; identify high-performing and risk areas
Prepare management reports: weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial updates for the CEO and team leads
Plan budgets and manage cash flow: support with forecasting, budgeting, and expense optimization
Monitor and control company spending: improve cost-efficiency and financial processes
Advise on pricing: analyze project margins, suggest pricing strategies and team compositions
1+ year of experience in finance within an IT company or service-based business (FP&A, P&L analysis)
Understanding of key financial and product metrics (LTV, MRR, CAC, etc.)
Ability to bring structure to chaos, build systems, and automate workflows
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (macros, formulas, pivot tables); experience with Looker Studio or BI tools is a plus
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to uncover patterns in data
Strong sense of ownership and readiness to make independent decisions
High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
