CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

DreamX is looking for a CMO who will help build a recognizable and desirable brand - strategically, not by chance. This is a partner-level role, where you’ll work closely with the CEO to shape and strengthen DreamX’s position as a leading UX/UI company on the global market.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience promoting a B2B service-based company (design, IT, or startup sector) globally

  • Strong writing skills (in English and/or Ukrainian), and the ability to shape clear, compelling messages

  • Understanding of the UX/UI market, tech industry, and innovation trends

  • Strategic thinking, structured approach, and ability to see the big brand picture

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence — without ego

  • Experience working with various content formats: media, blogs, LinkedIn, presentations

  • Ability to measure and influence CAC, CPL, LTV, ROMI

  • Hands-on experience with UTM tracking, GA4, Looker Studio, Clarity, or similar tools

  • A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for a task, you come with ideas

  • Comfort working in a startup-like environment: no bureaucracy, but high responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and tailor PR and communication strategies aligned with business goals

  • Define and maintain brand tone of voice, core messaging, and key themes

  • Secure media placements: articles, interviews, guest columns

  • Build relationships with media and manage platforms like HARO

  • Prepare the CEO for public speaking: interviews, panels, and conferences

  • Systematically engage with global rankings (Clutch, GoodFirms, Top 10 listings)

  • Run our blog: industry insights, case studies, trend analysis, SEO-optimized content

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn presence for both DreamX and the CEO

  • Collaborate with sales on positioning and offer packaging

  • Create briefs and supervise deliverables for copywriters, designers, and developers

  • Produce trust-building content (case studies, reviews, achievements)

  • Define and manage the marketing budget; track ROI and effectiveness

  • Maintain and grow presence across B2B platforms and directories
