Supporting and scaling the HR function as a system: processes, tools, structure, and people.
Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals for the next 3–6 months.
Working closely with the CEO on workforce and capacity planning.
Preserving and strengthening DreamX culture during rapid growth.
Acting as a culture driver within the company: facilitating change, managing conflicts, and supporting teams through growth challenges.
Improving onboarding processes: workflows, documentation, and the overall employee experience.
Managing performance review systems: continuous feedback, growth planning, and development.
Building learning and development programs, including mentorship initiatives.
Tracking key HR metrics: employee satisfaction, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and others.
Analyzing team health: workload, motivation, engagement, and efficiency.
Acting as a “people analyst” for the CEO — identifying tension points before they become issues.
Have 1+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HRD in a product or service IT company.
Can communicate effectively with top management, teams, and different personality types.
Genuinely enjoy working with people but maintain healthy boundaries.
Think in terms of values, systems, and leadership.
Know how to build structured processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
