1+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist on UpWork
English proficiency at B2-C1 level for confident communication with international clients
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections when speaking with potential clients
Basic understanding of UX/UI design and web/mobile development to better grasp client needs
Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
Knowledge of sales principles and lead qualification skills for further interaction with the team
Generating relevant leads on UpWork according to specific criteria
Managing lead information in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Communicating with potential clients through messaging, identifying their needs, and handling objections during the pre-sale phase
Qualifying leads and organizing meetings for the Sales Manager or CEO
Following up with leads until calls are arranged
Testing new lead generation approaches and reporting on their effectiveness
Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns)
Technical background or experience in marketing or sales
