Hi! We are building an international partnership ecosystem and are looking for a Partnership Manager — a proactive person who enjoys networking as a meaningful part of their work. This role involves building and developing long-term partnerships, working closely with the CEO, and participating in industry events and conferences to grow the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in partnerships, business development, or PR within IT or digital marketing companies

  • Confident English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, for communication with international partners

  • Understanding of B2B partnership principles and business communication basics

  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to prepare presentations and partnership proposals

  • Experience participating in professional associations, conferences, or business communities

  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, Clutch, etc. for brand and business development

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Proactivity, structure, and analytical thinking

  • Based in Kyiv (to attend relevant offline events and conferences)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support strategic initiatives together with the Head of Strategic Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships with startups, IT companies, accelerators, associations, and marketing agencies

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and partnership materials

  • Maintain regular communication with C-level stakeholders (CEO, COO, etc.) of partner companies

  • Represent the company at online and offline events — conferences, forums, and panel discussions

  • Coordinate interactions with professional associations, business communities, and funds

  • Organize collaborations with companies in related industries (design, marketing, development, product)

  • Contribute to updating portfolios, case studies, and corporate materials

  • Support the company’s media presence: prepare materials, initiate publications, and collaborate with the PR team
