1+ years of experience in PR, preferably in IT or digital sectors
English at B1-B2 level
Strong understanding of the PESO model
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Excellent communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and media relations experience
Experience working with content for websites and social media
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to task-solving
Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for positioning the company in the IT outsourcing market
Coordinating the company's participation in international B2B conferences, exhibitions, and panel discussions
Managing the company's professional social media accounts and the CEO's accounts
Creating and managing marketing campaigns
Building partnerships and relationships with media
Managing the marketing budget and spending efficiency
Collaborating with the in-house design team to create visual content
Managing online reputation
