DreamX is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team!
At DreamX, a Project Manager is not just a task coordinator. This is a communication partner who helps the CEO and design team organize processes, ensures transparent collaboration between clients, designers, and other departments, and makes planning realistic and efficient.
A PM at DreamX doesn’t assign tasks - instead, you create an environment where the team can stay focused, and the client always has a clear understanding of the project status - from aligning on details to syncing across departments.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients: collect requirements, coordinate project stages, and respond quickly to inquiries;
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure designers have everything they need to deliver results;
Track deadlines and milestones without creating unnecessary pressure on the team;
Identify and escalate risks to the CEO and client early — changing requirements, resource gaps, or potential delays;
Prepare transparent project status reports and documentation;
Help optimize workflows: task management, documentation, and communication guidelines;
Promote a client-centric culture where clients always feel the process is under control;
Understand the full design process: from creating user flows → wireframes → UX design → UI design.
Have 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator;
Completed Project Management courses;
Understand the design workflow: user flow → wireframes → UX → UI;
Have Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1), both written and spoken;
Know how to listen to clients and communicate clearly with the team;
Are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented;
Have experience working with Jira, Trello, or Notion;
Understand Kanban principles: transparent task tracking and quick adaptation to changes;
Have a service-oriented mindset — helping both the team and clients move forward smoothly.
Competitive fixed salary;
Flexible working hours: start between 09:00–11:00, finish between 18:00–20:00;
Paid subscriptions to all necessary tools and services;
Company-provided work equipment;
Full accounting support and tax compensation;
Paid time off: 12 sick days, 12 day-offs, and 14 vacation days;
A collaborative team culture: transparent communication, no bureaucracy;
Ongoing learning opportunities: conferences, workshops, meetups, and courses.
