We are looking for an energetic and results-driven SDR who will help our team find and convert new clients through outreach. If you know how to identify potential clients, run personalized communication, and lead conversations to a booked call, we’d be happy to have you on our team!
1+ year of experience as an SDR, with a strong focus on LinkedIn (experience with UpWork will be an advantage);
Hands-on experience with intent-based outreach — ability to identify buying signals and build personalized communication based on them;
English level B2+ for confident written communication with international clients;
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients toward booking a call;
Basic understanding of UX/UI design and web/mobile development to better understand client needs;
Experience working with CRM systems (particularly HubSpot);
Understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and lead qualification processes for smooth handover to the sales team;
Basic lead research skills.
Generating relevant leads via LinkedIn, UpWork, and other platforms according to defined criteria;
Maintaining and updating lead information in the CRM system (HubSpot);
Active communication with potential clients once they reply: lead qualification, identifying needs, handling objections, and guiding conversations to a booked call;
Conducting follow-ups and maintaining contact with leads until the call is scheduled;
Closely collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and optimize the pre-sale process.
💬 Important: We do not have any client calls — all communication happens exclusively via messaging.
Fixed salary of $1000–1400 (with regular reviews);
