We are looking for an energetic and results-driven SDR who will help our team find and convert new clients through outreach. If you know how to identify potential clients, run personalized communication, and lead conversations to a booked call, we’d be happy to have you on our team!

What matters to us:

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR, with a strong focus on LinkedIn (experience with UpWork will be an advantage);

  • Hands-on experience with intent-based outreach — ability to identify buying signals and build personalized communication based on them;

  • English level B2+ for confident written communication with international clients;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients toward booking a call;

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design and web/mobile development to better understand client needs;

  • Experience working with CRM systems (particularly HubSpot);

  • Understanding of B2B sales fundamentals and lead qualification processes for smooth handover to the sales team;

  • Basic lead research skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Generating relevant leads via LinkedIn, UpWork, and other platforms according to defined criteria;

  • Maintaining and updating lead information in the CRM system (HubSpot);

  • Active communication with potential clients once they reply: lead qualification, identifying needs, handling objections, and guiding conversations to a booked call;

  • Conducting follow-ups and maintaining contact with leads until the call is scheduled;

  • Closely collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and optimize the pre-sale process.

💬 Important: We do not have any client calls — all communication happens exclusively via messaging.
