Job Offer
Our recruiter carefully reviews all applications within 2 days of submission. Please note that due to the high volume of applications for popular positions (such as Front-end Developer, QA, etc.), the recruiter will reach out to you if your experience matches the requirements of the role.
The initial conversation with the recruiter takes approximately 30 minutes. Feedback after this stage is usually provided within 5 business days. However, we always try to respond sooner, as we value candidates' time.
A test task is required only for Data/Lead Researcher, SDR, and Sales Manager positions.
It typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the role.
Feedback on the test task is provided within 2–3 business days.
This stage is conducted by the Hiring Manager and usually lasts about 60 minutes. After the interview, you can expect feedback from the recruiter within 2–3 business days.
This stage is primarily designed for Manager, Team Lead, Head, and C-level candidates, but it may also be conducted for Middle-level roles at the department head's discretion.
The interview lasts 30–60 minutes, and a decision is shared within 3 business days.
The job offer is presented during a short Google Meet meeting, which usually takes up to 20 minutes.
