Problem
Our task was to design a customer-centric CRM system. We needed to provide intuitive design decisions for a better user experience and deliver clear graphics so that educators and students could explore the learning process effortlessly. The client wanted a custom design that would enable education businesses to synchronize, organize, and automate every facet of student interaction.
Solution
In response to the client's requirements, we designed a user-centric CRM system offering intuitive navigation and easy-to-understand functionalities that streamline student admissions. The platform provides smooth user flows and a clear dashboard, enabling educators to manage relationships with corporate partners, faculty staff, students, and alumni.
Visual design
Our design team developed visually appealing and functional interfaces, emphasizing a professional color palette that complements the educational sector. The carefully selected colors convey both energy and professionalism, while the Poppins typography and custom icons ensure clarity and a seamless user experience.
Scope of work
Research & Discovery
In the initial phase, our team focused on a thorough understanding of the client's vision and objectives for the education CRM platform. We conducted comprehensive competitor research to identify trends and gaps, paired with audience analysis, to ensure the platform would resonate with educators, students, and prospects. This stage set the foundation for an effective design solution tailored to the unique needs of the education sector.
Wireframing
At that point, we created detailed wireframes to map out the platform's structure and functionality, ensuring optimal usability for education professionals and learners. These blueprints outlined the student progress tracking tools, enrollment management features, and course organization. Wireframing provided a clear vision of the platform’s user flow before moving into visual design.
UI Design
Building upon the wireframes, we transformed the functional layout into engaging user interfaces that reflect the professionalism of the education industry. Each interface was designed to offer intuitive navigation for educators managing relationships and students accessing courses. The result was a visually cohesive system that balanced functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Adaptive Design
Recognizing the diverse needs of users accessing the CRM on various devices, we ensured the platform’s design was fully responsive. From desktop dashboards for detailed insights to mobile-friendly interfaces for on-the-go updates, every element was optimized for seamless interaction. This adaptive approach guarantees accessibility for education professionals and learners anytime, anywhere.
Clickable Prototype
To provide a tangible experience before development, we created an interactive prototype of the platform. This prototype allowed the client to test the CRM’s core features, including progress tracking, course enrollment, and goal management. Feedback from this phase was instrumental in refining the design to align perfectly with the educational objectives.
UX/UI Design
Our team created over 9 wireframes to capture the educational platform’s core functionalities, ensuring a seamless experience for both educators and learners. These wireframes acted as a visual roadmap, guiding the transition from concept to execution.
