Problem
The client approached us intending to design a mobile NFT marketplace app. So, our task was to design a mobile application where the process of selling and purchasing digital art is both clear and convenient for users.
Solution
To meet the client's needs, our UX/UI team designed a mobile NFT marketplace app with a strong focus on user-friendliness. The platform delivers an efficient and straightforward art-buying experience, enhancing accessibility and usability for all users.
Visual design
To create an engaging user experience, our design team developed a contemporary visual design for the app. The color palette blends energetic and dynamic hues with neutral tones to provide both excitement and clarity. We used the Poppins typography for its modern and clean aesthetic, and designed a set of custom icons to enhance usability and visual coherence.
Scope of work
Research & Discovery
Our design process began with a comprehensive research and discovery phase. We collaborated closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of his vision and specific requirements for the app. This phase also included conducting thorough competitor research to analyze existing NFT marketplaces, identifying industry trends, and performing a detailed audience analysis to understand the target user base and their needs within the NFT ecosystem.
Wireframing
Following the research phase, we transitioned to wireframing the mobile app. This process involved creating mockups that mapped out the core user flows and functionalities of the app. We meticulously crafted wireframes for each key user interaction, from the initial sign-in process to advanced features like live bidding and adding NFT projects to the marketplace. These wireframes provided a clear visual representation of the app's architecture and served as a foundation for further design iterations.
UI Design
With a clear understanding of the application's structure established through wireframing, we proceeded to the UI design phase. This stage involved translating the user-centered approach into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Our design team crafted high-fidelity mockups that incorporated visual design elements, user interface components, and branding considerations. The UI design phase ensured a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience that aligned with the overall vision and branding of the NFT Store.
Logo Design
Beyond UX/UI design, we developed a distinctive logo that encapsulates the app's identity. The logo prominently features the app’s name, complemented by dynamic color elements that symbolize the platform's vibrancy and innovative approach to the NFT market. This logo design reinforces the brand’s commitment to creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Clickable Prototype
To ensure alignment with the client's vision, we created a clickable prototype of the mobile app. This interactive prototype transcended static mockups, allowing the client to navigate the app firsthand and experience the user journey in a simulated environment. Through this interactive process, the client could provide valuable feedback, enabling us to refine the design and guarantee that the final application met all the client's requirements.
UX/UI Design
To establish a clear and efficient user experience, we crafted a comprehensive set of wireframes exceeding 36 screens. These detailed mockups mapped the entire user flow within the app, from the initial sign-in phase to the seamless upload of NFT projects by creators.
