Problem
The client approached our team with the intent of crafting a functional and intuitive real estate app design that could help users find properties to stay in and live in anywhere in the world. Our task was to realize that mission by developing a convenient, easy-to-understand mobile application.
Solution
Our team designed a comprehensive real estate booking app tailored for both property seekers and landlords. The mobile app helps users find and choose a place to stay according to their location and preferences, such as separate bathrooms or a panoramic attic. We crafted user-friendly interfaces and custom illustrations for a streamlined booking experience.
Visual design
Our design approach focused on fostering a sense of trust and innovation through carefully selected colors paired with the modern Syne typography. The inclusion of a custom icon set further amplifies the app's usability and aesthetic harmony.
Scope of work
Research & Discovery
We began by thoroughly understanding the client's vision and requirements and conducting in-depth research into the competitive landscape of real estate booking apps. By analyzing the target audience's preferences and booking behaviors, we identified key pain points and opportunities for differentiation. This phase laid a strong foundation for designing a platform that ensures seamless property browsing and booking experiences.
Wireframing
In the wireframing phase, we structured the application's layout, ensuring an intuitive flow for both property seekers and landlords. The goal was to simplify navigation while incorporating essential features like search filters, property details, and booking confirmations. These wireframes served as a blueprint for translating user journeys into a cohesive design.
UI Design
At this stage, we transformed the UX wireframes into visually engaging user interfaces, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Our team carefully selected a color palette and typography that resonated with the real estate niche, ensuring the app’s identity felt trustworthy and modern. Additionally, we crafted custom icons and illustrations to enhance the app's appeal while maintaining a professional tone.
Logo Design
Beyond providing real estate app design services, the client also required a logo that encapsulated their brand identity. Our team crafted a design that captures the essence of the real estate booking industry, emphasizing reliability and global accessibility. We aligned the logo with the brand's vision, incorporating modern elements to appeal to a tech-savvy audience. The final design exudes professionalism and is versatile for use across digital platforms.
Clickable Prototype
Finally, to bring the design to life, we created an interactive clickable prototype that simulated the real app experience. This prototype allowed the client to explore key features like property search, booking confirmation, and profile management before development. By incorporating client feedback at this stage, we ensured a user-centric design ready for implementation.
UX/UI Design
Our team developed multiple wireframes exceeding 17 screens in total to map out essential functionalities, such as advanced search filters and streamlined booking processes. These visual blueprints allowed us to refine the navigation and optimize the overall user experience.
